Terms

These terms cover your use of stetstudio.ai and the Stet waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. The Stet product itself is provided under a separate agreement that brands sign before they start.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn’t guarantee access to Stet, a start date, a price or any other offer. We choose which brands to invite and when. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@stetstudio.ai.

Please give accurate information, and only submit information about yourself or a business you’re allowed to represent.

Using this site

You may browse and share this site for your own purposes. You agree not to:

• send automated, bulk or false submissions through any form,
• scrape, copy or mirror the site or its content,
• probe, scan or test the site’s security, or try to get into any system or data that isn’t meant for you,
• interfere with the site, overload it or spread malware through it, or
• use the site to break any law or anyone else’s rights.

If you believe you’ve found a security issue, please tell us at hello@stetstudio.ai instead of testing it further. We appreciate it.

Our content

The Stet name, logo, the four dots, and the site’s design, text and images belong to Stet. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Stet accurately.

Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma and other product names on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse Stet.

Examples and estimates

The emails, brands, prices and calendars shown on this site are made-up examples. Figures about time saved and similar results are estimates based on typical in-house teams and published industry surveys. Your results will depend on your brand, your team and how you use Stet.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The site may change, pause or go offline at any time.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Stet isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
